Avantages
It's easy to promote and sell a really impressive and smart suite of products you believe in. There are always unique opportunities to learn from clients and colleagues. Benefits and PTO structure are great.
Inconvénients
Deep focus on number-hitting and hyper-fixation on gamifying money strategies and tracking systems that change without distinct and clear direction across teams. Leadership style can be volatile and overbearing. Shaming and belittling as a method of motivation is not a healthy way to keep people engaged and excited to work.
