Avantages
- The people are good. - There can be fun events outside of work. - Good exposure to wide client base of IBs, PEs, VC and Corporates. - Great learning role.
Inconvénients
- Pay is average vs competitors and the wider SaaS community. - Management refuse to negotiate compensation even for Directors. - Commission structure is convoluted and is designed to withhold money from the sales team. - Long hours for not a lot of pay off. - Culture has shifted since before COVID.
