Inconvénients
1. It has the highest concentration of incompetent, dishonest, lethargic back-stabbers. 2. There is very little management, if at all. It's mostly chaos until the next major crisis presents itself (almost every few months) when the most evil of them fire the most docile of them. 3. Mostly managers here. No developers. 4. The quality of developers they have is pathetic. I cannot begin to describe the foolishness in this company, whether in developers or managers. 5. The less than a handful of reasonably good developers that there are, are treated very poorly. 6. The management is conniving. 7. They're not in a good financial position, to put it in the most gentle of manners. 8. They wouldn't know a good developer if they had one sitting right under their noses. 9. The environment is very hostile. Very, very, very hostile. Extremely toxic. 10. There is an inordinate amount of disparity in workload levels. If you're good, you'll die under the workload because the rest of the 99.888888% of the company are really doing nothing. Especially the ones at the top are the least occupied. 11. Middle managers come to the office sometimes, sometimes not. No one cares. You mostly won't find them at their seat or in the rooms. There is zero transparency, zero accountability. When they do appear, they appear for about 5 hours or so, all the time checking Facebook or Linked In, and chatting. And they'll stop in the middle of the sentence as soon as the clock strikes whatever time they've set themselves to leave. 12. You won't believe the technical illiteracy of people managing the company, even in technical functions. They're laughably absent-minded, technically incompetent idiots. The list is endless but I'll stop here. For your own sanity's sake, avoid this company at all costs.
