      They have a very supportive HR team Good benefits and a reasonable salary Be part of teams contributing to Brazilian social security data management Great work environment Excellent work balance

      Inconvénients

      Depending on the project they usually use old tech stack Management is not really good, they are starting to be more agile, but that depends on the project manager of the project, there is no alignment on the whole company Feedbacks are not so frequent It's not a company that uses a modern tech stack, and there is some bureaucracy to change that.

      Avantages

      Nice mental and physical environment, there is not excessive pressure, good wages.

      Inconvénients

      Lots of political influence in the paths the company gets ahead, sometimes it lead to bad decisions and hurries that compromise the quality of work. People are afraid to lose their add-on wages if they fight against political decisions. Senior management is very weak on technology knowledge.
