      Avantages

      This is the best company I've worked at. People are passionate about the Databricks product and the company has fantastic revenue. Lots of opportunities for growth. I could not be happier

      Inconvénients

      The company is growing rapidly. There can be lots of moving parts and ambiguity. However, I've found this to be the case at every job. Databricks tries to do the best with the situation. Pay could also be a bit higher and more women on the team would be great

      Avantages

      - great people - amazing product that sells itself once people get their hands on it - innovative company - decent ote and benefits

      Inconvénients

      - comp plan this year for hunters is not aligned with company strategy of focusing on larger, multi-year commits. it incentivizes quantity of deals vs. quality of deals, and payouts on commit $$$ are peanuts.
