Avantages
Amazing leadership and vision for the company. The focus on being a cloud native platform was the perfect decision from the beginning. Great sales leadership team to help pre-sales engineers understand the art of the sale. Lots of growth opportunities within the company for ICs. Best pre-sales team I've ever worked with (SAs and AEs).
Inconvénients
Common growing pains when scaling from an early startup to a large startup, e.g. compensation reviews and learning about internal career opportunities. However, these have improved significantly since we've hired our CPO.
