Avantages
- If you are in the beginning stages of your career, you'll learn a lot of new skills (some relevant to your career, some not). - Bring your own laptop policy - they pay you around $800 (paid months ) to buy your own laptop. - Co-pay membership to gyms in selected cities only. And that's where all the pros end.
Inconvénients
- If you are somewhere in the middle or later stages of your career, expect your growth to be diminutive and all you'll be doing is grunt work. - You'll be grossly underpaid and expected to work like you own the company. - Little to no work-life balance. You'll need to set clear boundaries at the very beginning or else they'll walk all over you and show no care for your time. - Unfair employee retention practices: changing the PLI payouts from quarterly to annually. Changing the notice period from 30 to 60 days just cause they are losing a lot of employees right now. - Toxic office politics and more backstabbing than a drama series.
