      Decent, flexible pay. $40 per hour for programming tasks, less for others. Remote and can work at any time.

      Inconvénients

      Hard to string many hours together, so income is not necessarily reliable. No direct oversight or management, so you are flying blind without any way to move forward or level up.

      Avantages

      Well-paid remote work with incredibly flexible hours. Variety of projects and work at times, and the pay is great for what it is.

      Inconvénients

      The company doesn't communicate well with it's employees, and can fire you or stop giving you projects on a whim without explanation. The project's aren't consistent sometimes, and you have to put in some unpaid (or poorly paid) time doing qualifications to work your way up to better work.
