      Avantages

      Fully remote, choose the tasks you work on, work on your own schedule at your own pace, work as much or as little as you want, variety of work, no phones or emails or MS Teams, no meetings.

      Inconvénients

      Tasks can come and go as projects evolve and other workers consume available tasks, varied task pay rate, little feedback on the quality of work.

      Avantages

      Well-paid remote work with incredibly flexible hours. Variety of projects and work at times, and the pay is great for what it is.

      Inconvénients

      The company doesn't communicate well with it's employees, and can fire you or stop giving you projects on a whim without explanation. The project's aren't consistent sometimes, and you have to put in some unpaid (or poorly paid) time doing qualifications to work your way up to better work.

      1 Inconsistent workload. Sometimes no projects and sometimes too many. 2 No communications with others in this job.
