Work-from-home option can’t outweigh poor management - Avis employé Senior Executive DNEG

Initially, the work environment was good and supportive. However, things changed after a new manager took over. The team dynamics went downhill, with poor management decisions and lack of accountability. Some team members do not contribute effectively, while most of the workload is pushed onto one person. This creates an unfair and stressful work environment. Overall, not a good experience after the management change.
