      1. No work life balance 2. They want you to do extra work hours with no compansation. If you dont they will give you unfair evulation. 3. No proper management for international team 4. Unprofessional behaviour with employees. 5. Micromanagement. 6. Every week performance evaluation 7. Termination on one day notice 8. A lot of Policitics in the company. 9. No benefits 10. Mental and stressful
