      Avantages

      Great place to work, have never been treated more fairly. Very competitive, this place is not for those looking to retire! But if you want to grow with a growing firm, you won't find a better place.

      Inconvénients

      Parking is far from building

      Thanks for the great comment. Cant do much about the parking but we think a hundred feet is reasonable except during a storm.

      Avantages

      Great people to work with and very friendly atmosphere with good moral . Beautiful finished product comes out of this shop. The senior management pays employees well if you show you are deserving of it.

      Inconvénients

      There are a couple of cons, but they have good reasons behind them. Long hours and working on the weekends when the company is busy, but it looks good on payday. Rush, rush, rush, but it keeps the companies head above water, helps us get jobs, and keeps everyone working and out of the unemployment line

      A great comment of where we were. We have made a lot of changes to correct our what we have done in the past.
