      Avantages

      There used to be good people here inspired by the mission -- they are now gone.

      Inconvénients

      The CEO wants yes-men who will fall in line; he has no interest in innovative ideas or adjusting his failing tactics. All energy is devoted to making the next quarter numbers look good, zero focus on devising a successful long term strategy.

      I love the culture and people. Such an interesting job that makes a big impact.

      Inconvénients

      It's a smaller company so you will have to stretch yourself a bit more than at a larger company.

      My co-workers were smart, diligent, helpful and fun. Flexible schedule and unlimited PTO are huge perks.

      Inconvénients

      Job responsibilities tended to change as company went through some struggles and re-organization.
