      - Congés illimités, travail à distance - Belles et longues fermetures d'entreprises en milieu et en fin d'année.

      Inconvénients

      - Les faibles heures facturables ont un impact sévère sur votre situation au sein de l'entreprise, ce qui est souvent hors de votre contrôle. - Faibles primes (1 % de la base maximale) l'année dernière. - Le travail n'est souvent pas lié à l'étendue de votre poste ou à vos titres de poste, ce qui entraîne souvent une inadéquation entre vos compétences et celles nécessaires aux projets des clients. - Le leadership manque de compassion, d'empathie.

      Avantages

      I have yet to meet a person that wasn't super sharp, wonderful, helpful and kind. Best large company I have EVER worked for.

      Inconvénients

      I wish I could transition to full time, not really a 'con'.

      Work life balance and remote flexibility is great here. Everyone is also supportive and willing to help where they can

      Inconvénients

      Not the best communication with management and not always clear on the best path for growing or being open to opportunities
