Avantages
Definitely the values system. Crowe personnel are some of the most helpful I've worked with. They really do care. The company also takes its "invest" value very seriously; it invests in technology and processes to make its people spend less time fighting technology and more time being able to use it.
Inconvénients
Highly controlled and structured computing environment. (On the plus side, it's a seamless experience when connecting to company resources anywhere you happen to be.) Crowe's people processes are very rigid and extremely thorough, which is great for go-getters and shocking for someone not used to the process. Time is tracked down to the quarter-hour, as you might find elsewhere. If you don't come from a structured background like this, you might not fit in.
