      Exceptionally talented and experienced team. Highly educated colleagues, many with PhDs. Effective and supportive senior leadership. Market leading product, with vision for growth. Administration and operations are very well planned, particularly for a start up. Strong female leadership in many roles. Enterprise level, international clients. Interesting work.

      Inconvénients

      Must appreciate typical early / mid stage start up challenges related to rapid scale.
