Avantages
If you're looking for stability this would be the place to go. Not a ton of room for advancement but opportunities do exist if you're willing to put in the work. Work life balance is great and they're open to work with your schedule and life events as they come up which is great.
Inconvénients
Benefits package not very competitive.
