The company has been great to work for. Leaders know what they need to do to promote success and growth. Small company feel with big company backing. Support staff and project management is excellent and balanced. Most other companies I’ve worked with add PMs very late in the sales process creating an island for sales to work in where they don’t get support on a project until late, if at all.

I have no current negatives that leave me wanting more from the company.

Paid extremely well and this is a great company with potential but they are in over their heads in this market.

toxic - understaffed - limited training - boomer style 'forced-family' management Work with offices in other time zones and there is way too much last minute work that is out of your control I was expected to do more than my job. I was admonished for attending a safety meeting.
