      Avantages

      The staff within the teams are generally very nice and good to work with. Some managers are good and understand if you are struggling with a set task and help you. Others will do nothing and only see you as a number.

      Inconvénients

      Some managers will see you as a number and not care. Redundancy is a common practice here and happens every 2 years on average. They will also get rid of people who passed there probations period rather than new staff they hired within the month who are on equal or more pay.

      Avantages

      The company has been great to work for. Leaders know what they need to do to promote success and growth. Small company feel with big company backing. Support staff and project management is excellent and balanced. Most other companies I’ve worked with add PMs very late in the sales process creating an island for sales to work in where they don’t get support on a project until late, if at all.

      Inconvénients

      I have no current negatives that leave me wanting more from the company.

      Not much room for growth.
