      Avantages

      The atmosphere is good. Overall the job is quite interesting and can be challenging at times. Immediate boss is great.

      Inconvénients

      Pay could be better - it's kinda low for what we do. It would be great if the 3D crew had the option to work remote, others do - we have a schedule of jobs to complete and most of the time I don't really talk to anybody regarding the projects I work on. Usually if I do, it's because the info needed wasn't present to begin with.

      I’ll attempt to be constructive with this review. Over the last year I’ve worked hard at this job only to feel unappreciated and ignored. I took pride in my work and really pursued to be great during my time here. Management has decided to increase their micromanagement practices which feels closer to constructive discharge methods. Favoritism is blatantly obvious and openly demonstrated here. Reasonable merit increases are not considered for production employees while others are grossly overpaid. Apathetic management is disheartening and constant. Please look elsewhere.
