      Avantages

      Easy, straightforward role. Flexible schedule. Fairly open-ended lesson planning, but must adhere to the CBL schedule.

      Inconvénients

      You are just a glorified babysitter most of the time. A lot of watching kids on the playground and/or watching cartoons. Lack of funding resulting in low supplies. No oversight from management. No holiday pay for school holidays.

      Friendly hiring staff and staff I worked with at school very kind and helpful

      Inconvénients

      The pay is not the best but this is a awesome opportunity as a first job or even just a part time job

      Avantages

      good pay, easy to refer people and make your schedule. They will never force you to pick up shifts. Working with kids can be nice.

      Inconvénients

      extremely disorganized and often doesn't send materials to schools until after they are needed and are often missing bits. School TOSAs' can be either great or horrible and really decide if you will enjoy the school you are working at or hate it.
