Creating positive futures has one of the best company cultures I've ever been a part of- the leadership team is very involved with their staff and puts great effort into their onboarding and extended learning. Not only that, but they persistently met with myself and the other coaches to troubleshoot student issues and develop solutions that were repeatable for future students. I reccomend CPF to anyone looking to work with students in a coaching/advising capacity, it's a great group of people!

Nothing much to say here- only feedback would be to centralize more of your coaching resources/tools in one place! Other than that I can't think of anything, y'all rock

Amazing atmosphere: owner is very genuine, honest, truly cares. All other coaches are too and just as great. Flexible hours. Very rewarding.

Not many, but if had to choose no benefits (like pto, 401k, etc) because it is a part time position.
