      Avantages

      Acompanhamento muito próximo dos colaboradores, total flexibilidade de horario e local de trabalho, muitas iniciativas de desenvolvimento de skills técnicas e pessoais, totalmente transparente sobre todos os assuntos (inclusive financeiro da empresa), mantém um ambiente muito familiar

      Inconvénients

      Em quase 5 anos na empresa não tenho nada a apontar.

      Great environment and great people. Full-remote (for the most part)

      Inconvénients

      Low salarys Dependent on the clients and new projects they can get ( on the cosulting services side)
