      1. Expectations are set right from the beginning so you know what you are supposed to deliver 2. Amazing team across the board - this gives a great environment for learning and growing 3. Great happy hours

      Avantages

      Easy to just sit around and not do much and collect a pay check, allows me to work 2 jobs at once.

      Inconvénients

      The sales manager has no real idea what he is doing, Definitely got his job because he's friends with someone, super big such up, to upper management, I don't believe he's ever actually even worked in a law firm.
