Avantages

Small staff creates a family atmosphere. If you are developer you can work from home.

Inconvénients

CEO is a control freak. CEO threatens employees with loss of pay for missing sales numbers or creating bugs. The PTO policy doesn't account for any sick time. This means if you are sick, you have to use vacation time. Below market pay. No flex time. $50 bonuses (yes, really only $50). No career potential.

Avantages

Unfortunately, I could not find any positives during my time here. Believe me I tried. With one exception many of the employees I would happily work with again under different circumstances.

Inconvénients

Leadership creates an unhealthy work environment, marked by constant shifting priorities and a lack of clear direction. Work-life balance? Non-existent. You will be emailed, texted, or called at any time of day, 24/7. On vacation? Using PTO? On your honeymoon? It doesn’t matter—expect a call. The company is understaffed and refuses to invest in improving the culture or processes in ways that would boost morale. Everyone who works here seems beaten down. They don't take the time to understand what employees need, let alone invest in employee development or professional growth. Don’t expect to attend conferences, complete online certifications, or have meaningful one-on-ones. These are viewed as unimportant, unproductive, and a waste of time and resources. There isn’t a clear vision for the company. Decisions are frequently reversed, creating uncertainty in daily operations. The company operates with top-down management, fostering a culture of micromanagement. A lack of subject matter experts in leadership positions further contributes to the dysfunction, stifling progress and innovation.
