      Non-monetary benefits (weak 401k match, PTO, conscious decision made to eliminate paternal leave when HQ relocated from California), very political, senior management plays favorites very openly

      Avantages

      Potential for higher pay, free boots and uniforms, higher level of respect compared to other local drivers, minimum $1500 a week. The Wilkes Barre location treated me very well.

      Inconvénients

      Long hours, might run out of hours if you’re inexperienced
