      Avantages

      Company parties and Bonus programs.

      Inconvénients

      Very clique environment, I knew more about employees' personal life than I cared to know. Many did not hold the company's vale of "staying above the line," including management. Favoritism, if you are not a family member or close friend, it will seem like you do not have a voice and they will push out if they do not like personal Nepotism, 25% of the company is family Cronyism, 20% of the company are friends or friends of friends. No HR department. No growth opportunities.

      Avantages

      Amazing company, but even better people. I genuinely enjoyed my time there and it was bittersweet to leave. As an agency, things move fast -- zero chance of getting bored or complacent. You'll be challenged and given real opportunity to drive meaningful change in an industry that desperately needs it.

      Inconvénients

      The pace is real. Keeping up with constant change and evolving client demands isn't for everyone. If you're looking to sit still and collect a paycheck, this isn't your place.

      Hybrid schedule. Close access to leadership. Open door policy that they really have. Calm work environment.

      Inconvénients

      Selfishly, no MacBooks for all employees. Difficult for upward mobility due to small company size.
