      Avantages

      Co-workers pull together to take care of issues and own their processes. Very knowledgeable and caring hourly staff.

      Inconvénients

      Management refuses to follow company processes and defined workflows. Constantly creates “fires” the hourly employees have to fight and “put out”, disrupting work flows and creating a very stressful work environment.
