Avantages

Getting a pay check, that’s was the only positive that came from this job.

Inconvénients

Extremely toxic work environment. Constant gas lighting, road blocked out of performing work tasks, people in management positions used their employees for their own personal gain. The absolute worst place I have ever worked. I have never witnessed such toxic, manipulative behavior. Don’t bother with HR either, they are the problem.

Thank you for the feedback. We are sorry to hear this and it is unfortunate that you feel this way. We take considerable pride in employee development and satisfaction. In 2023 we increased our staff by 50 employees with a .05 % attrition rate which shows we are growing our team and retaining strong employees. Unfortunately, CSI may not be the right fit for everyone, we wish you the best in your future career endeavors.

Avantages

Good exposure to different industrial projects. Strong technical learning opportunity, especially in the field.

Inconvénients

Management communication is inconsistent at multiple levels, and expectations are not always clearly defined. Roles and responsibilities lack clarity, which can create confusion during projects. Travel expectations are extremely high (often close to 100%), which can become exhausting and unsustainable over time. Career growth opportunities are limited and not clearly structured. The company has expanded operations internationally, but compensation structures do not always reflect the demands placed on employees working on U.S.-based projects.
