      Avantages

      managers are very good. it is manufacturing company with machine and assembly shops next to it. Very good to have work experience and learn

      Inconvénients

      Benefits are not good. No 401k matching. small comany, so health insurance for family is expensive, but employee only is competitive.

      Avantages

      Hands on work. Always in the shop managing jobs and projects I have planned. Great education and knowledge of products and their use in the field. Great relationships with vendors and suppliers.

      Inconvénients

      Vacation days are slim, no paid sick days.

      Learn many facets of the industry and get your hands in each department

      Inconvénients

      No real entry/training program. Kinda just learn on the fly. The more you involve yourself, the more you learn.
