      Avantages

      Very competitive base salary and bonus structure, comparable to mid-cap PE in Toronto. Great emphasis on work life balance from top down and generous, above-market vacation policies. Motivated, consciencious, hard-working colleagues.

      Inconvénients

      Lack of live deals flow, due to CSI being disciplined value investor.

      Work life balance and comfortable.

      Inconvénients

      Not much opportunity for growth. Constellation asks a lot of it's portfolio companies but operates in a slow and bloated fashion.
