      Avantages

      - Great work environment and team - A lot of opportunity to learn and grow within the organization - Flexible schedule in regards to working in and out the office - Salary and Quarterly/Annual bonus are decent

      Inconvénients

      - The hours are from 9-6 and it is a little longer than I'm accustom to - They are only 7-8 observed holidays for the year - I feel like the company has a lot more potential but something is holding it back

      Thank you for taking the time to share you feedback about working at Connection. We are pleased you enjoy the flexible work arrangements and compensation package. Connection offers up to 10 paid company holidays which includes 2-3 floating holidays in addition to 3 weeks of vacation time, 8 hours volunteer and wellness time. We encourage you to speak with your manager about alternative working hours to improve your work/life balance.

      Avantages

      Work with excellent and experienced team that support each other. We have a lot of offerings and capabilities to promote and sell.

      Inconvénients

      Long hours, huge focus on making and exceeding quota, very competitive industry with low margins to win large deals.
