Avantages
I have been here for a little over a year and I've loved it so far! At first, it can be challenging to reach out to clients and get opportunities, but I think that's something that comes with any sales job and once you start seeing your book of business grow, you start to see all the hard work paying off. Additionally, while you're working hard at building your book, management is always there to cheer you on. You get a sales coach for your first year and mine has been extremely helpful towards my growth and helped me find a love for the IT industry. With every success that you have, management is constantly celebrating your achievements and wins with you. Additionally, I feel very heard as an employee at Connection. Any time I've brought up an idea that may help our company improve, management is very quick to listen and even discuss how it may be beneficial for the organization, they'll always welcome suggestions and actually look into them rather than pushing them aside. Finally, while this is a sales job and we have to meet goals, I find myself having the ability to be creative in my work day as far as how I reach out to customers which always makes me excited to come into work. I'm very grateful for this company and everything it has to offer. It's a grind for the first year, there's no getting around that, but the reward at the end is so worth it!
