      Avantages

      The staff (except senior management) were all very friendly

      Inconvénients

      Absolutely no training or support Bully tactics Constant back stabbing and gossiping by senior management Extremely unprofessional environment No HR system Inconvenient location and you have to pay 500 euro a year for parking which nobody tells you about Work/life balance doesn't exist

      Met some lovely people I have to write 20 words but I really don't have any more pros for this company

      Inconvénients

      Worst company ever worked for. No appreciation for your work. No training Manager communication is awful. Bully tactics used a lot

      Avantages

      It’s a great company to get exposure to the industry and you are given responsibility and trusted to do your job. There has been a dramatic improvement in the overall culture and there’s a great team here and we get to work on some great conferences at home and abroad.

      Inconvénients

      It can be busy but that’s the nature of the industry.
