Since Conest was acquired and the former management left, the work atmosphere has been SO much better! The old reviews on here have been from people who worked for the company with the old management/owners, and the comments were well deserved. We have gone through a few transitions and now have a great management team in place which correctly reflects our company vision, values and ethics. I think the important thing to remember is that many of the employees that now work at Conest have been with the company for over 10+ years, and some who left under the old regime have now returned. We have always known that we have a great product, but we did not have the proper vision or skillset in upper management to move things forward. That is now in place, and we can finally let the past remain in the past. There are still some battle scars from the previous owners for those who experienced it, but those memories are stories we can laugh about now as we start to re-build our team and continue to develop our product line. Although many employees are now working remote, we do have a new office with enough space should someone choose an in-person work environment part or full time. We also have online meetings to ensure a connection continues for employees who are full time remote. Pre-covid, we would have an annual in person December Holiday gathering, and had recently started another in the warmer weather months. For those that are on the fence because of past reviews, just know that we have changed what needed to be changed, and are the same company with a great product, just better leadership and vision to move us to the next level.
