      Small company allowing for intercommunication between different divisions and people,

      Inconvénients

      Lack of good Management, Low salaries, no appreciation and really bad Middle management strategies!

      Most of the people are good to work with

      Inconvénients

      They expect you to save money, but they pay for executive level people to travel to Chandler site when a video conference would suffice.
