Avantages
Manufacturing associates can expect to work 6 or 7 days per week when required, you give up having a life for the extra money. Advancement opportunities are possible if you really, really work at it for a few years. The benefits package was fair for full time employees.
Inconvénients
Morale seemed constantly low among most associates. People are not particularly engaged in their work and there's continuous pressure from executive staff to do more with less. The work environment is far from glamorous but there are/were good people around to help pass the time.
