      Avantages

      Teams and people are great and enjoyable to work with

      Inconvénients

      They treat everyone as though they are worthless, they know they are going to let you go long before they do, they make sure that you don't find out so you finish whatever project you are working on and train what will be your replacement and they fire you without notice. Their severance pay is comparably low

      - Easy once finding a rhythm - Decent pay for entry level position - Good hands-on experience to prepare for higher level positions

      Inconvénients

      - Very repetitive - Can get boring after a few months - No guarantee for yearly raises

      Able to work remotely from home. Medical Benefits

      Inconvénients

      Very cheap with their non management level people. Very difficult to get raises and then when you do get one they let you go for financial reasons.
