      The CTC is fixed and we get 100% variable pay The team members are very helpful

      Company policies are not matured. Allowances are not as per market standard

      Can include working in the warehouse which isn’t technical at all

      Coworkers, exposure to different areas of IT, decent pay

      Inconvénients

      No support from upper management, working with skeleton crews on multiple projects at once, 1-on-1s felt like a waste of time, annual raises were not competitive
