      good place to get a start then move on, training and hands off approach.

      pay is 15 to 20% below average, only opportunity for raise is through the rare advancements. managment lacks honesty and scruples.

      - Easy once finding a rhythm - Decent pay for entry level position - Good hands-on experience to prepare for higher level positions

      - Very repetitive - Can get boring after a few months - No guarantee for yearly raises

      Able to work remotely from home. Medical Benefits

      Inconvénients

      Very cheap with their non management level people. Very difficult to get raises and then when you do get one they let you go for financial reasons.
