They seem to reorg. frequently but effectively. If you can hang on they've managed to stay in business for an impressive amount of time.

They seem to reorg. frequently! The interview process when I worked there was directly with my manager, so pretty subjective. I never spoke with anyone from HR. Maybe different now.

low pay, benefits expensive and not very good. PTO was low. Benefits included paid holidays but my contract was at a university and a lot of holidays did not count, including Juneteenth and Martin Luther King day. Also had to use PTO during winter break, which ate up most of my PTO every year.
