      Avantages

      Good ceo, has put in good business practices, however when he leaves the company will in bad shape. It's sold twice in the past 3 years. Culture will change rapidly.

      Inconvénients

      Many of the same people have been there for years. Time for changes in key positions. The company will be in disarray when ceo leaves.

      - Easy once finding a rhythm - Decent pay for entry level position - Good hands-on experience to prepare for higher level positions

      Inconvénients

      - Very repetitive - Can get boring after a few months - No guarantee for yearly raises

      Able to work remotely from home. Medical Benefits

      Inconvénients

      Very cheap with their non management level people. Very difficult to get raises and then when you do get one they let you go for financial reasons.
