      Avantages

      Mostly, flexibility of scheduling our time for field services with no pressure. At least some extended benefits. Mileages keep us to stay.

      Inconvénients

      You will be working for more than 5yrs and still no increase. You have to do the required certification for work with your own family time.

      Solid. Honestly no complaints. But always continue to improve

      Can include working in the warehouse which isn’t technical at all

      Avantages

      Management is very nice, contract client was good

      Inconvénients

      low pay, benefits expensive and not very good. PTO was low. Benefits included paid holidays but my contract was at a university and a lot of holidays did not count, including Juneteenth and Martin Luther King day. Also had to use PTO during winter break, which ate up most of my PTO every year.
