      Avantages

      There's still a few good people but that's about it

      Inconvénients

      This used to be a good company to work for. However the revolving door at the Sr Management and the Executive level has led to a serious disconnect with those working in the field and with customers. Consequently its been a constant mass exodus of talent the last few years.

      Solid. Honestly no complaints. But always continue to improve

      Can include working in the warehouse which isn’t technical at all

      Avantages

      Coworkers, exposure to different areas of IT, decent pay

      Inconvénients

      No support from upper management, working with skeleton crews on multiple projects at once, 1-on-1s felt like a waste of time, annual raises were not competitive
