Inconvénients
You need to report Managers who are biased, corrupt and don't care about their subordinates. There is no such thing as work culture in this company. Compucom US do not care what is happening in INDIA, they are happy as long as they are earning profits. Compucom increments their employees salary in the range of 0.40-4 at max on an average. If you are about to join this company please make sure that you are not actively participating with management in order to improve work culture or any other work related parameter, there is no such thing as employees concern and again they don't care about what is happening at ground level, My advise keep calm and plan to RUN AWAY ASAP.
