Avantages
There were a handful of people that I enjoyed working with. It's a large organisation so comes with the bells and whistles that aren't in a smaller workplace.
Inconvénients
One of the worst experiences in my career. They are constantly restructuring, from what I saw, every 6 months to 1 year. Your role would be 'disestablished' then you'd be given a whole new job most likely for no reason. I've seen managers where if they don't like how you work, they will find a way to make you leave. It's not worth it for the stress.
