      1) Pay 2) Benefits are ok

      Inconvénients

      NO work life balance. Nurse/pt ratio twice as much as other agencies. Management is the worst ever and has zero respect for staff. Management do not help when needed. The most heartless place I have ever worked.

      Due to my compassion, it can be emotionally demanding at times and challenging to separate work from personal emotions.
