      Significant money to be made

      Inconvénients

      Terrible management with very little backing for RNs. No interview conducted by staffed agency. No instruction during credentialing. And more than anything else—-deceptive practices and covert behavior by this staffing company! I will never ever be doing business with them again! I have been an RN for over 38 years.

      Easy payments, fast scheduling, great contact person Heather, no fuss locums scheduling

      Inconvénients

      Spam messaging sometimes, sometimes lower end money offers

      Avantages

      Remote, CHG has a great company culture, great place to start if you want to be a recruiter.

      Inconvénients

      Base is low compared to other companies. Lots of potential for a lot of commission, however they hire a ton of recruiters which makes it hard. It feels like the managers just want you to dial the phonebook vs building your book.
