      Avantages

      Cab facility, decent food and health benefits for employee plus dependents.

      Inconvénients

      Compensation is below market standards and no transparency on promotions; tenured and skilled employees are not compensated fairly. The new building seems like a degrade and part of cost cutting measures. Mandatory WFO 3 days a week.
