      Avantages

      Positive, authentic and family-like work environment. Leadership sincerely cares about their teams and the long-term success of the company.

      Inconvénients

      A lot of changes, but that's to be expected with a newer company (and I don't see if as a con, personally, but some might)

      Avantages

      Atmosphere is light and cordial. Everyone is focused on our activities. They focus on your mental and physical well-being and being all you can for this role.

      Inconvénients

      The work load has ebbs and flows. Some weeks your activity are light and you are done early and can help others, though when the load is heavy it’s a lot to juggle. Taking extended time off need planning and working ahead since your activity list is yousto manage, though thankfully you have team mates who can help at times.
